Keurig K200 vs. K250 Comparison
We actually tested and compared these two models and we discovered some differences.
Keurig K200 Coffee Machine
This is K200 model; which is 2.0 coffee machine and which is currently extremely popular on the market. It comes with an impressive design, a great value for money and it is capable of offering great tasting cup of coffee every single time. The size is almost 14 inches tall and this means that it is taller than the first version of this unit. Other than that, all we can say is that the design is appealing and modern. You are going to like it, definitely.
The number of color versions is higher than with another model here. As a matter of fact, you can choose between a variety of colors, although the most popular and the most common version is black and white. This also refers to the touchscreen display, which is black and white as well. The bottom line here is that you will get a decent coffee machine which has plenty to offer and which is more than just appealing, period.
There are plenty of similarities, including a water reservoir. It has a capacity of 40 ounces, which is standard for all Keurig models of K200 series. This also means that K200 and K250 are members of the same series, so it isn’t a coincidence why they are so similar. A water reservoir is easy to remove and refill and this is an advantage we saw on both models.
This model uses one charcoal filter and it comes without any accessories or additions you may find interesting. Yes, it is also fitted with altitude settings and with strength control, but there are no temperature settings. Of course, the cup of coffee you will get is impressive no less and you are going to enjoy it. We must add the fact that hot cocoa is more than just great and probably one of the best coffee machines from this class can offer.

But, it also features a black and white touchscreen which is great, but obsolete.
The number of available colors is lower in this case scenario. Yes, you will have a black and white version, which is more than just appealing and you get altitude setting and the strength control.
The main difference here is actually in the accessories. Even at Keurig claim the same fact and they say this is the only difference between the models. As such, you can expect 4 K-pods as samples and 2 charcoal filters. Just to remind you, in the first case you don’t get any accessories.
The accent here is on the sample pods. They are here to give you an insight what beverages you can expect and to help you get the first bulk of capsules. At the end of a day, you will appreciate this advantage and you will like the fact you get something for free.
Other than this, there are no differences and these two models are identical. They use the same mechanism, the same features and they look the same. Of course, you will probably choose K250 model precisely due to its accessories and we agree on that.
