Goat cheese is made from 100% goat’s milk. The taste of this cheese will remind you of cream cheese but firmer and tangier (also saltier than feta). Texture wise, it is delicate since it easily crumbles. It also hardens when not consumed right away. Furthermore, unlike feta that goes bad as it matures with age, goat cheese instead develops a deeper flavor.
