Hi, welcome to Lin's recipes. Today I'm going to make some crustless broccoli quiches with cheddar. This is really good for a breakfast or a brunch. You could even have it for a dinner with the tossed salad and some crusty bread. What you're going to need to make this recipe will be listed in the information box below or you can find it on the website.


You're going to need some broccoli florets these were frozen broccoli florets that I put in boiling salted water for about a minute. I want them to retain their texture in their color, they will be cooking in the oven later on. You'll also need some eggs you'll need some shredded cheddar cheese half. You'll need some salt ground nutmeg and black pepper. I've also created in my oven to 350 degrees and I have 4 of these eight-ounce ramekins that I have buttered. if you want to make this in one big quiche pan you can just make sure that you butter it.


I've laid my broccoli on my cutting board. I'm just going to cut it into kind of bite-sized pieces trying to keep them all the same size so that they will cook evenly. I'm going to set this aside and move on to the next step. I have my six eggs here in the bowl and I'm going to just whisk these to break them up. I'm gonna add my half-and-half. Keep on whisking my cheese out of there the salt pepper and nutmeg. I'm just gonna make sure this is all mixed together well. I'm gonna stir this all together right and now we're ready to fill our ramekins.


I have a ladle here and I'm going to just start filling up my ramekins here with the mixture. You're gonna get it all even if I can. They're all filled so now I'll put it in my 350 degrees preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. The quiche cooked for 40 minutes I've just taken them out of the oven they're nice and brown and all puffy. I did take my cake tester and insert it in one and it came out clean. So now I'm going to put one on a plate and show you this is crustless broccoli quiche with cheddar. I hope you enjoy it.
